FAQ
1. Why does my credit card payment fail?
When your credit card is detected as being at risk of fraud, your payment will be declined. Please try using another credit card or PayPal. You can use PayPal Guest Checkout to pay directly with a credit card without needing to log in to a PayPal account.
2. Can you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. If you can select your country while filling in the shipping address at madepantsjeans.com, we can deliver to you.
3. When will my order be shipped and when will it arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 days. Shipping times start once the order is processed and take an average of 10–15 business days. Please note that regions such as Iceland, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Jersey, New Caledonia, Ukraine, Greenland, and Liechtenstein may experience longer shipping times, usually between 30–40 days.
4. How can I change Standard Shipping to Express Shipping?
You can contact us via email to request an upgrade. We will apply an extra shipping fee to your order and send you an invoice. Once paid, we will ship your order via Express Shipping.
5. Can I cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed or packed your order, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
6. Why did I not receive an order confirmation email?
This usually happens if the email address was entered incorrectly or if the message was filtered into your spam folder. Please check your spam mailbox first; if you still cannot find it, contact us for assistance.
7. Why have I emailed you but received no response?
Please ensure you are contacting us at madepantsjeans@gmail.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries promptly. If you are using Messenger, we recommend logging in with your account rather than as a guest to ensure you receive our replies.
8. How do I choose the right size?
There is a size chart on the detail page of each item. We recommend taking your measurements and comparing them to the chart provided, as these measurements reflect the actual size of the garment.
