You can pay full price for the items you want to view. You can also contact us to get a discount code to order the items you want to view at madepantsjeans@gmail.com.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders will be shipped from our warehouse.

  • In-stock items: Order processing takes 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Out-of-stock items: Items usually take 30 days to manufacture. Please refer to our email communication for specific manufacturing times.

  • Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • MADEPANTS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURN POLICY

Unaltered, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for store credit. All merchandise must have original tags and labels attached and must be in the original polybags. If your returned merchandise does not meet these criteria, we will not be able to process your return.

 

Prior written authorization is required for all returned merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your order, please notify madepantsjeans@gmail.com within 7 business days of the delivery date. Approved returns will be issued a Return Authorization Number.

 

Important Conditions

  • Wrongly shipped items: Must be reported within 7 days from the day of delivery. We will only honor a return or exchange for wrongly shipped items if reported within this window.

  • Damaged items: Must be reported within 14 days from the day of delivery. We will only accept returns with a Return Authorization Number.

  • Liability: We cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur during transit.

  • Store Credit: All returns will be applied as store credit only to be used for future orders.

  • Processing Time: Credit memos will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned items.

  • Shipping Fees: Unless the order was sent in error, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping fees must be paid for by the customer.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking capabilities when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages during transit.
