Returns

If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement one.

REFUNDS

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30-day refund policy. If you're unhappy with your purchase, send the product back to us and we'll refund your money once it is received.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Notification Required: We do not accept direct returns of merchandise without prior notification via email to madepantsjeans@gmail.com.

  • Return Address: Any address found on the original package is not a return address. You must contact our customer service to receive the correct and authorized return address.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Orders returned to an address not provided by our staff will not be refunded, as we will be unable to receive the item.

  • Clearance Items: Products marked as "Clearance" (in the title, page, or collection) are final sale and do not support returns.

  • Delivery Issues: We are unable to issue a refund for items that were not successfully delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided during checkout.

  • Condition: Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, provided they are in perfect condition and suitable for resale.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • No Return Labels: We do not offer return shipping labels. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Customs and Duties: You are responsible for paying any customs duties for the return and must fill in the complete item declaration information; otherwise, we cannot receive the package.

  • Trackable Shipping: If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 business days after approval, depending on your payment method.
